Yes, You can view books without registration but for purchasing purpose you need to create an account on website or MyMage app and purchase books after login. Do I need internet connection to watch videos? Can I watch them offline?

Once you go to login or signup page. Follow the instructions and you will get an OTP for registration. Once you get registered you can login with your credentials. If you are member of MyMage app then you can use same credentials for login in website account
You need to search the book as per your requirements through search option. After you find the required book then you need to buy it or add to cart if you want to buy later. You can also add it in your wish list. After you press buy now button. You will be redirected towards payment options. Chose payment option and after successful transaction of payment your order will be placed.
•What is the return policy? oAfter receiving order if you feel that their is any defect in product then you can raise a return request. After receiving order MyMirror team will coordinate with you and give support. •Can I receive a refund? oRefund will be directly credit in your account through which payment is done. •How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? oThere is an edit option in order section. You can view edit and modify your order from this section. Modifications are applicable only before dispatching the order. Once the order is dispatched then there will not be any option for modifications.
•Are there any international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay? o MyMirror dispatch orders only in India so no international taxes, duties etc applicable. As books are exempt from GST also there will not be any changes for book purchase other than courier charges. On audio books taxes will be applicable as per government rules. •When will I receive my order? oYou can track order status in your order history from login into account. There are different stages of order dispatch and you will find a tracking link to check exact status of your order. Or you can call or email to our support team. Check details at contact us section. •What do I do if I never received my order? o You will surely receive your order. Still for any reason if you don’t receive order then we will track it for you.
