If at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. All you need to do is drop an email at email@example.com within a period of 7 days, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition without any damage to the good. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking.. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
Please note that the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. You can also buy any product in exchange to your previous order. If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If you have placed an order using your debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful and the money was debited to your account then please note the following.
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
